I'd recommend Vertu Vauxhall Hexham because Simon, the salesman who looked after us, was clearly knowledgeable and listened to our requirements before offering a number of options. We were novices with electric vehicles; he was efficient and helpful, also offering to accompany us to a charging point to talk us through that procedure when we needed to charge the battery.

Vertu Vauxhall Hexham staff were good because we just went in to enquire about the Yarris hybrid. Daniel listened carefully to our needs & found a car at a great price almost new with 2000 ml on the clock. We couldn’t miss the opportunity so we bought the car the same day! Daniel was so clear explaining how the car works never pushy he took us on a test drive explaining it all very clearly + car warranties etc. We’re still not sure whether to take service insurance but we’re seeing Daniel to go through that again & get more useful tips on how to use the tech in car. He has been incredibly warm kind & helpful & knows his stuff! Very happy with the service & knowledge that we will be looked after in the future which is very reassuring. Thanks for making it so easy to buy a great car Daniel.
