The experience at Vertu Vauxhall Hexham was very good because the sales person listened to my requirements for a car and recognised the fact that I had already researched which cars might best suit my needs. There was no pressure to look at cars I had already discounted. No pressure to make quick decisions about the purchase. Having 2 test drives and a friend with me to look at the car was not a problem.
