Vertu Vauxhall Hexham were great because they were so professional, helpful and friendly. Our salesman was Simon Hunter, he was amazing. He was so polite, friendly, helpful and knew his job very well. He introduced us to the manager and made us feel so very welcome and special. All in all a very good experience. My experience at Vertu Vauxhall Hexham was memorable because the salesman was brilliant, he found the car I was looking for and explained all my finance options perfectly. Throughout the purchase I had great communication with my salesman and took out the service plan with vertu.
